Brief Introduction
It adopts five 5mm-12mm rebar of cold rolling ribbed or hot rolling round bar.
Production Flow as follows:
Steel bar be dragged from raw material device → straightening → bending → welding → forming → cutting → collecting.
End product will be triangle lattice girder. Mainly used for high speed railway constructure as structure of double block and sleeper type, or structure of truss lattice floor deck. Only 1 worker to operate. Production speed is 12-20 m/min.
