YFM2000 Cage making machine

Brief  Description:

It produces cages 2-34m long automatically. Programmable logic controller. The power will be offered by Servo Motor. Equipped with hydraulic auxiliary rotary supporting and automatic welding gun. Weld according to programme instruction.

 

Basic Process Flow

Material Feeding→Insert Bar(Line Bar) →Fasten→Put on Coiled Rebar→Begin to Weld→Normal Weld→Finish Welding→Cut Coiled Rebar→Separate Fixed Disc→Loose Rebar→Separate Mobile Disc→Upload Cage→Lower Hydraulic Lifting Mechanism→Mobile Disc Back to Home Position
